Recently I had the opportunity to work side by side a gifted employee. She could easily visualize the end result,

even when it may have been vague to most. She quickly deciphered what steps needed to be changed and adjusted to achieve the end result. The process she followed was rather intuitive and guided her to adjust and adapt at a very fast pace. I watched as she would slow up a bit, to ensure others followed and were engaged. But there was no doubt she could visualize what needed to be done. What appeared almost magical was the rhythm of her thinking and actions. I took note and smiled and thought if only this could be replicated – and wondered if others saw the magic. Curious if you see the magic? Do your own review of people you work with:

1. Can they visualize the end result? Do they ask what you’re striving for?

2. Do they take action to achieve it? Can your employees identify the necessary steps, and complete the steps with coworkers that resemble an effortless dance?

3. Does it flow with ease? Or is the movement an uphill battle?

4. Are they considerate of their coworkers? Do they engage each other and respect each other's strengths?

5. Do you hear the rhythm, the joy, the laughter of an employee with the ‘right stuff’?
