Sometimes it feels harder to recommit to something vs. the first go around at it. It’s the recommitment to working out after being away from the gym or treadmill. It’s the recommitment to writing, when you have taken a break, and it can be the same recommitment to adjusting and growing your leadership skills.

Sometimes we get tired, bored, frustrated with making those consistent actions or choices. It is easier to avoid, but that choice creates a lack of result. In fact sometimes it can be a ‘fatal choice’. The key word in that sentence is ‘choice’. We make choices to move forward or not. So take the leap, get back on the treadmill. Recommit to accomplishing your desired end result – whether a big goal or a small one – take action today. Start to make headway on your leadership goal, envision where and what an elegant leader would do…the action becomes your choice.
