We sometimes ask clients – what is their leadership legacy?   It is that moment of reflection that causes many to pause…to reflect and generally it ends in a…sigh.

Try to frame up what you would like the story to be by answering the following questions.

1.  In the toughest of situations I can be counted on to.....?

2.  When a coworker, client, employee, supervisor thought of a ‘great story of your leadership’ how did it reflect your driving core values?

3.  What three words would you like used to describe you?

Remember we really do have the opportunity to write our own stories…each and everyday we can have impact on others.
