Is it;  whiners, procrastinators, not accepting accountability, shoddy work, passive aggressive behaviors, dismissive actions, rudeness, promoting personal agendas, nay sayers, negative behaviors, lack of teamwork, self promotion, egos that required intensive feeding, lack of commitment?
