Have you ever felt that tug of war with patience and focus? When to let it unfold…where to focus your energy, and which times to push thru? Leadership growth can have the individual wondering if they are really plodding when they thought they were being patient. It can be confusing…plodder or patient leader. Leadership coaches provide a sounding board, and an honest feedback system. At Lighthouse Leadership we approach the leadership coaching sessions a bit different. Mike and I coach clients together – for one easy reason…we deliver depth and two viewpoints. It makes our service unique, as our clients say a deep reservoir of experience and knowledge that is hard to beat. Tips to decide if you’re plodding or being patient: - you’re tempted to finish the sentence…’nothing ever changes’ … plodder; the situation may be requiring you to make an adjustment, otherwise expect the same. - ‘they just don’t get it’… plodder – this is sign that your approach hasn’t been working, you may feel like you’re clear and consistent – but a disconnect is in play. -I wish it would unfold faster…patience required…if it is unfolding and movement is occurring allow to unfold, watch for signs when it is starting to stall. -Feeling or hearing what’s next? ….
