My sister is a marathoner and likes to complete.  Sometimes for the T-shirt, for her personal best, or to see how well she can do in her age bracket.  I’ve watched her race a few times, and have always been amazed with how she plays her strengths in competitions.

I’m a rather new gardener, and an old friend who is a wonderful and accomplished gardener is my gardening mentor.  Whether it is planting, seed selection, watering, fertilizing to canning – he is on my speed dial.

While working out of a home office, my internet went down for a few hours…how easy it is to get frustrated, and thrown off your rhythm.  My business partner sensed my frustration over the phone and I could hear him smiling, his words were – ‘don’t let it get you frustrated’.
