I’m not sure if this is the new leader – or the good leader resurrected.

They believe and live what is important to them.  They are directed by their guiding principles.  They protect those guiding principles.  It is their foundation and it is blended in their goals.

Fact: Leaders are all around us; know yourself and whether you want to be a leader or not.

2.       Inspiring leadership can only happen from those ‘charismatic leaders’;

Fact: inspiration comes from all types – however the consistent trait is believing and feeling passionate.
