We use a question in our leadership coaching …’what is your intended outcome’? Often people want to jump into the ‘how’ or actions they’ve done…skipping over the intended outcome they are striving for. The intended outcome sometimes gets lost in the process, the adjustments or the fury of activity. So take a serious look at the project you are working on…what is your intended outcome; what process is taking you off course and where should you adjust?
