While they are staying in their present jobs today, a smart leader will adjust ahead of the economic turn to create an environment that their employees can grow in. But it isn’t just about what employees want, it is also about the impact the adjustment can have on the bottom-line. Results, creativity, and accountability can and should be part of the new picture.
