Whether good or tough times, there are somethings that are consistent.
1. warm chocolate chip cookies go great with a diet coke 2. a beautiful sunset can quiet a group of onlookers 3. watching a 2 year old trying to catch a ball makes you smile 4. that a group of friends sitting around a bon fire needs no words
5. the smile on a persons face as they cross a finish line
Look for these areas of consistency in good and tough times.
1. a boss, mentor, supervisor who says “good job” to an employee. 2. co-workers that appreciate their co-workers, and show it with graciousness and interest in each other. 3. core values of a company that is consistent in good and tough times. 4. teams/departments/company staff members and leaders who are on the same page. 5. hard work, loyalty, ethics are the cornerstones for success.
