I like to ask this question of clients…what do you need to get out of your work?

So think about that question.  You may not find the answer in your first response, but keep searching and look for the answer that is centered on what it takes to make you truly smile

For me…it relates back to having impact and adding value.   When we work with clients – my internal motivator is really to have impact for them….to add value…that we bring something unique, helpful, inspiring to the table that they find value in and it that it has impact on their lives.

When we hit it out of the park with a client – it has value – it has impact…and I smile all the way home.  Feeling good about our work and the lasting impact.

By knowing what gives us internal bliss…it makes it easier to focus and adjust your business.   We look for clients that have a desire to learn, to grow, to adjust, and who are striving for something more.

Finding joy begins with identifying what drives you personally.
