Do you want to fit in or do you want to lead? Leadership takes a certain amount of grit, honesty and clarity. It takes grit to act on the hard issues; to be bold and stand strong- when it may be easier to blend in.

Learning to deal with the ‘imperfect times’ |

You can tell a lot about a person depth and grit by how they face imperfect times. Those times when the best laid plan has a surprise ending; or takes an unexpected turn.

When we work with individuals we help identify their core strengths as we believe you are the most successful when you build on your strengths. When working with a young professional in her job search we started to assess her strengths and what she enjoyed. Clarifying her strengths certainly aids in designing a resume and targeting a new career direction – however it is really just the first step.

We all get fearful at times. How people move thru the fear varies. Which category do you fall into?
Quick stop…aggressive restart – this is the individual who feels fear…it may or may not stop them. Their stop may be a minor hesitation. They are the ones who hesitate less than the group…and when they reengage it is with passion.
