| Don’t lose your intuitive skills, develop them |

Have you ever kicked yourself when you haven’t listened to that inner voice? Letting ‘logic’ or an outside interest drowned out your inner voice can happen to even the best of intuitive leaders. As leadership coaches we've found that this may help – just a 5 second adjustment. ….always…and I mean always ask yourself…”what is my gut telling me”. Say it aloud. Is it a warning, is it very strong feeling? ….for your team, find out what they are feeling. Sounds like such an easy questions, but for some, it can be a huge blocker. We have been taught to think. Start listening to your team….do you hear them say “I think we ought to increase…” Ask the question differently….how would you feel if… what would feel wrong…
You may find that when you tune up the intuitive side, you’ll be surprised in the results and impact. Elevating the process to even ‘listen to that voice’ will increase your awareness. |
