We love to see leadership courage in our coaching clients.  Leadership courage allows them to try a new technique, to follow a path that is right for them, to stand out in a crowd, and to be guided by their values.

When your courage falters, you stall, you may remove yourself from the ‘game’.   Courage is within, unlock it and know what feeds it.

Remember when you stall, it is the same as being frozen which can be driven by fear.  How does it make you feel – and is that what you want?

1. When was the last time you stalled?
2. How did it make you feel?
3. What opportunity did you lose?
4. If you would have been ‘courageous’ what would you of done?
