| Making the effort...the choice…to take action |
On vacation I met an older gentleman as he was watching the sunset. We had an interesting conversation from business, economy to beautiful sunsets. He had time to talk, I had time to listen. His 89 years of history were interesting, and he still walked with a bit of energy. He validated something for me that I had been working on. A year ago I made a conscience choice to really find the happiness in ones soul. |

| When fear stops you from adjusting? |
What are you fearful of? Is it a lost of independence, of financial security, is it someone approval, loss of position, fearful of making a mistake, fear of the unknown….the list is different for each of us. Getting to know what you’re afraid of and your reaction when you’re fearful is critical to dealing with the situation. Fear can paralyze you from moving forward. The next time you feel stuck, and unable to adjust…jot down what you’re fearful of…dig deep, and be honest with yourself. Next list how it makes you feel. Make a conscience effort to adjust – and move through the fear. You may just surprise yourself. |
